Funfun but tiring.
I think i train at least 1% out of 100% of my fats into muscles!
Took a 1kg icebox together with Nicole which contain at least 3kg / 4kg of stuffs bought from ShengSiong.
After which, I took the 1kg freaking icebox myself after the bbq & i walk home in the dark. ( this is crazeee! )
